EECO and SCB Sign Financial-Services MOU for EEC Businesses and Investors

EECO and Siam Commercial Bank signed an MOU on 15 July 2026 to support target and special-target industries in the EEC through financing, capital raising, risk management and integrated financial services.

The cooperation also covers financial transactions, investment advice, business networking and investment-related activities. The parties said they would organize financial and investment knowledge sessions, present relevant products and services, and facilitate matching between investors and financial-service providers.

The document is a cooperation framework. The official release gives no dedicated credit amount, interest rate, approval criteria, beneficiary list or disbursement schedule, so businesses still need to apply separately and pass the bank's credit and compliance reviews.
