Hengtai Signs Land Purchase Agreement for Planned WHA Rayong Factory
Hengtai Advanced Material (Thailand) completed a land purchase agreement for its planned first factory in Thailand at WHA Industrial Estate Rayong.
Hengtai Advanced Material (Thailand) finalized a land purchase agreement with WHA Industrial Development. The company plans a factory on more than 26 rai at WHA Industrial Estate Rayong to make EVA plastic sheets and IXPE foam base sheets.
WHA described the project as Hengtai's second-largest production base outside China and its first factory in Thailand, with output intended for the US and European markets. The announcement confirms the land transaction and factory plan; it does not say that construction or operations had begun.
