Hongli Auto Parts Signs Land Deal for WHA ESIE 1 Expansion
Hongli Auto Parts (Thailand) signed a land sale agreement for a planned automotive-parts factory expansion of more than 12,000 square metres.
Hongli Auto Parts (Thailand) signed a land sale agreement with WHA Industrial Development for a planned new-factory expansion at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 covering more than 12,000 square metres. Planned products include chassis, axle, suspension and other automotive components.
WHA said the factory is intended to serve Thailand and supply export-related demand from Chinese EV companies with production bases in the country. Construction was expected to start in early 2024 at the time of the announcement; that was a forward-looking timetable, while the confirmed stage was the land agreement.
