McLaren New Material Signs Land Deal at WHA Rayong
Laminate-flooring and SPC wall-panel maker McLaren New Material (Thailand) signed a land purchase agreement for its Southeast Asian expansion.
McLaren New Material (Thailand) signed a land purchase agreement with WHA Industrial Development at WHA Industrial Estate Rayong. Its products include laminated flooring, SPC plastic wall panels and related construction materials.
The project is intended to meet construction-material demand and serve Southeast Asian customers more efficiently. WHA said at the time that a groundbreaking was planned for early 2025; the official source confirms only the land agreement, not a subsequent groundbreaking or operation.
