QAP Filter Signs Land Deal for Planned WHA Rayong Plant
QAP Filter (Thailand) completed a land purchase agreement for a planned engine-air and cabin-filter manufacturing facility.
QAP Filter (Thailand) finalized a land purchase agreement with WHA Industrial Development to establish manufacturing closer to customers. The company supplies filtration products and services to OEM, OES and aftermarket customers and offers more than 6,000 part numbers.
The planned facility targets export and local original-equipment markets, with expected capacity of about 40,000 pieces per day; construction was scheduled around the end of April at publication. Those are planned capacity and timing, while the confirmed milestone is only the land agreement.
