WHAUP and APEX Sign MOU to Study 17 MW Direct PPA and TPA Model

WHAUP and APEX signed an MOU to study a 17 MW solar project using Direct PPA and third-party access for industrial customers; the project is not approved, under construction or operating.

WHA's official announcement says WHAUP and APEX signed a memorandum of understanding to study a 17 MW solar project and a Direct PPA with third-party access model for industrial customers.

The present scope is a feasibility study. No final investment decision, regulatory approval, construction start or commercial operation is confirmed, so 17 MW is the study scale and any emissions benefit remains conditional.
