Privacy and requirements-data notice

This notice covers deep analysis, budget enquiries and related contact forms on the MI1 website. We collect only what is needed to complete the user's request.

What we collect

  • Industry, organisation, business scope, integration, delivery constraints and custom requirements entered by the user.
  • Name, email or phone voluntarily provided for human review, together with the explicit contact-consent record.
  • Source page, language, submission time, analysis number and limited technical records needed for deduplication and abuse prevention.

How we use it

  • To generate and review the requirements analysis with authorised personnel.
  • To follow up on this ERP request after the user consents.
  • To improve the questionnaire, content and service using de-identified aggregate information. We do not sell contact details or automatically send external marketing messages merely because a form was submitted.

Access and retention

  • Access is limited to authorised MI1 members who need the data for requirements review, sales follow-up, security audit or system maintenance.
  • General enquiry data is normally retained for no more than 180 days. It may be kept longer where an ongoing project relationship, dispute or applicable obligation makes this necessary.

Your choices

  • You may omit contact details and use the anonymous analysis result only.
  • Through an established MI1 contact channel, you may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for future contact. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed with valid consent.

Thailand professional-review boundary

  • Any Thailand tax, BOI, customs or PDPA matter must be reviewed for the actual situation by a qualified professional in Thailand. Website analysis is not legal, tax or product commitment.
