2026 Thailand manufacturing ERP readiness checklist framework
An editorial checklist for exposing readiness gaps before formal selection and pricing; it does not claim repository-verified factory visits, project records or a statistical sample.
01Master-data ownership
Check whether items, customers, BOMs and accounts have accountable owners
Sample one item change and trace request, approval, effectivity and affected documents.02Scope boundaries
Check whether phase one, integrations, localisation and future requests are mixed
Separate phase one, exclusions, later phases and items requiring validation, each with an owner.03Multilingual work
Check whether interface, data, documents and training languages are separated
List interface, master-data, trading-document, training and support languages independently.04Local compliance
Check BOI, VAT, WHT and e‑Tax responsibility boundaries
Qualified tax, legal, BOI or customs professionals in Thailand must confirm the interpretation; ERP should carry only approved rules and evidence.05Project governance
Check key-user time, decision owners and acceptance evidence
Assign a business owner, test scenario, acceptance evidence and escalation path to each scope.
