02At receipt validate lot uniqueness, date logic, inspection status and supplier documents.
03Segregate stock by status and expiry; near-expiry and expired lots must not become available automatically.
04Allocate and pick by FEFO while meeting customer minimum remaining life.
05Test split lots, returns, retest, approved shelf-life extension and recall.
06Route near-expiry stock to a board with owner, action date and approval.
