01Confirm supplier, processed item, BOM or consumption rule, operation, unit, price and delivery terms.
02Create an approved subcontract order with quantity, due date, pricing method, quality and loss terms.
03Issue raw material against the order, retaining lot, quantity, ownership and external-stock location.
04Track supplier receipt, progress and expected return; link changes to the original order with approval.
05At return, record finished product, unused material, scrap, lot and quantity; trigger inspection and quarantine.
06Reconcile issued, consumed, returned and allowed loss; investigate and approve excess usage or shortage.
07Before settlement, reconcile accepted quantity, processing price, charges, inventory and payable result; clear residual external stock.
