Govern customer, ship-to, item, unit, price, credit and delivery terms.

Enter the order and validate quantity, date, price, currency and approval.

Check on-hand, inbound and planned supply; record promise date and shortage action.

Allocate stock under approved rules and create picking with lot, location and source order.

Verify, ship and confirm delivery; retain remaining quantity and revised date for partials.

Test shortage, credit hold, amendment, cancellation, return and shipment reversal.

Reconcile order, stock movement, shipment and receivable interface; close exceptions.
