Jinglu Secures About 20 Rai in Rayong for Sanitary-Ware Plant Planned to Start Construction in 2026
Jinglu Sanitary Ware (Thailand) signed a land purchase agreement with WHA for more than 30,000 square metres, approximately 20 rai, at WHA Industrial Estate Rayong. It plans a sanitary ware, hardware and ceramic-solutions facility. The 2025 release expected construction in 2026 but does not confirm that work has begun.
The planned base targets domestic and regional consumer demand and is intended to improve production efficiency, supply-chain capability and customer response. The confirmed stage is the land agreement and construction plan; the current calendar year alone does not prove groundbreaking.
The official source provides no investment value, building area, capacity, commercial-production date or employment figure. The 30,000-square-metre figure refers to the project land and should not be converted into factory floor area.
