Nova Optics Signs Rayong Land Deal for Planned Automated Electro-Optic Plant
Nova Optics and WHA signed a land purchase agreement for a planned Rayong factory producing electro-optic products such as binoculars. The April 2025 announcement expected construction to start in the fourth quarter of that year but provides no follow-up evidence of groundbreaking or production.
