WHA Launches 300-Rai-Plus Integrated Logistics Centre Project 2 in Samut Prakan
WHA Logistics announced the launch of WHA Mega Logistics Center Chonlaharnpichit km. 4 Project 2 on 4 March 2026. The more-than-300-rai development in Samut Prakan is planned for built-to-suit and general warehouses, ready-built factories and dangerous-goods storage.
Near Suvarnabhumi Airport and Bangna–Trad Road, the project is designed with flexible buildings and standard utilities for manufacturing, logistics and safety-sensitive operations. Smart features include real-time AI security cameras, AI drones for roof and high-structure inspection and EV charging facilities.
WHA also signed an agreement with WHA GC Logistics for a built-to-suit warehouse of more than 22,087 square metres. That number is the contracted facility area, not evidence that the whole 300-rai project is completed or occupied.
