Yangteng Breaks Ground on Rayong Auto-Parts Export Base and Smart Warehouse
Yangteng Innovation (Thailand) has broken ground on a new automotive-parts manufacturing base at WHA Industrial Estate Rayong. The project covers 60 rai and plans 73,000 square metres of factory space with a smart-warehousing system; it is under construction and has not been confirmed as completed or operational.
The planned base will combine automotive-parts manufacturing for export with standardised warehousing, digital logistics, rapid-response functions and end-to-end traceability. WHA says the completed project is expected to shorten delivery lead times, reduce operating costs and improve supply-chain resilience.
Its Rayong location connects the project to Thailand's automotive cluster, ports, assemblers and component networks. The official announcement gives no investment amount, completion date, production capacity, export value or employment figure, so those metrics remain undisclosed.
