Yonyou Visual Factory Operating-System Solution Passes MIIT Project Acceptance
Yonyou says its visual factory operating-system solution, developed under a smart-manufacturing challenge project it led, completed the required tasks and passed acceptance by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The solution covers more than 20 manufacturing scenarios.
Yonyou's official article describes the solution as built on Yonyou BIP with cloud-native, model-driven and low-code technologies. It covers production, quality, manufacturing execution, industrial intelligence and operations command, connecting IoT applications, MES and digital management.
The article says the project first developed an energy-equipment smart-factory case at Shuangliang Group, linking sales, procurement, warehousing, production, service and finance, and was then applied at enterprises including Taiyuan Boiler Group, CFHI and Wuhai Energy. Passing project acceptance confirms completion of the stated challenge tasks; it is not a uniform guarantee of commercial outcomes at every deployment.
Manufacturers in Thailand evaluating a similar factory operating layer can examine equipment connectivity, production genealogy, quality traceability, MES-ERP boundaries and business-finance integration. Different machine protocols, network conditions and installed systems make a bounded line or process pilot essential.
