02At receipt separate physical custody from financial ownership and record lot and supplier.
03Trigger consumption at production issue or the agreed event; prevent duplicate manual settlement.
04Set min/max, replenishment signals and the supplier-visible data scope.
05Handle return, loss, count variance and ownership dispute.
06Periodically reconcile supplier quantity, physical stock and unsettled consumption.
