DIW Factory 4.0 capability theme: 90-day implementation checklist
Use an internal 90-day delivery rhythm to implement data, process, control and rehearsal for DIW Factory 4.0 capability theme; it is not an official deadline.
The recovered public-source record states: DIW promotes enterprise participation in Factory 4.0 and Smart Factory capability-improvement activity. It confirms only the described event, not that a company has obtained eligibility, approval, benefit or a compliance conclusion. The 90-day sequence below is an internal project rhythm, not an authority-imposed deadline.
Days 1–15: confirm objective, scope, owners and official source; inventory product and item, BOM and routing, order, inventory, equipment, operation report, quality, downtime, energy, maintenance and cost record and log unknown, conflicting and unverified items.
Days 16–30: map demand and order → material and plan → equipment and operation execution → quality release → completion and inventory → cost and performance review; define master data, states, approvals, evidence and exception rules; review with operations, finance, IT and relevant specialists.
Days 31–45: configure fields, access, document links, interface logs and dashboard in a test environment; use de-identified samples and verify history cannot be overwritten.
Days 46–70: pilot one actual product flow or one work centre, train actual roles, record missing evidence, duplicate, interface failure and reconciliation difference, then correct and retest each issue.
Days 71–90: complete downstream and upstream trace, operations–finance reconciliation, access review and rollback rehearsal; decide from evidence whether to go live, limit scope or continue remediation.
